Shipping Policy — Smackz Distribution LLC

Shipping Eligibility & Compliance
Smackz ships hemp-derived products that comply with federal law (the 2018 Farm Bill). We only ship to U.S. addresses in jurisdictions that permit receipt of hemp-derived consumables. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure local laws allow receipt of our products. If an order is placed for a restricted jurisdiction, Smackz reserves the right to cancel the order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship via USPS and UPS with tracking. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Some orders may require an adult signature and age verification upon delivery.
Age Verification & Receipt
An adult aged 21 or older must be present to accept delivery. Carriers may request government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, state ID). Failure to present ID may result in the package being returned to Smackz or held at a carrier location.

Shipping Policy

>All orders are shipped via USPS with Signature Confirmation.
>A signature is required at the time of delivery.
>The name on the package must match the name on the order. We do not authorize release without signature.
This policy is implemented for:
>Package security
>Fraud prevention
>Age-sensitive product control
>Customer protection
If no one is available to sign, USPS will leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup.

 

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
>We may offer promotional free shipping for orders meeting a minimum threshold; such promotions are subject to change.
>Flat-rate shipping includes the cost of signature confirmation.
International Shipping
>We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
>If your order arrives damaged, contact support@officialsmackz.com within 7 days with photos and tracking details. We will assist with a carrier claim.
Refused Deliveries
>If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees. Refunds will exclude shipping and return fees.
