Smackz Distribution LLC ("Smackz", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of visitors to www.officialsmackz.com (the "Site"). Information We Collect
>Contact & Account Information: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and account credentials when you create an account or register for events.
>Transactional Information: order details, products purchased, transaction amounts, partial payment card identifiers (last 4 digits) for dispute resolution. Full card data is processed by PCI-compliant third parties and is not stored by Smackz.
>Age Verification Information: date of birth and minimal ID data (only when required for delivery or redemption). We minimize retention of scanned ID images (see Data Retention).
>Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring site, pages viewed, and cookies used for analytics and site functionality.
>Communications: customer service interactions, marketing opt-ins, surveys, and forms you submit.
>Third-Party Data: information from shipping carriers, payment processors, and verification services (SMS verification, age checks).
How We Use Your Information
We process personal information for the following purposes:
>To fulfill and ship orders, provide confirmations and delivery updates.
>To verify age and identity for compliance with our 21+ policy and delivery requirements.
>To provide customer service, respond to inquiries, and address complaints.

Data Retention
We retain transactional records, COA links, manifests, and basic purchase information for a minimum of 24 months for compliance and audit purposes. If scanned ID documents are collected (which we try to avoid), they will be deleted within 30 days unless retained for an active dispute or required by law.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable laws. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@officialsmackz.com. We will verify your identity before responding to requests.
Children
The Site is intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 21.
