Overview
Smackz Distribution LLC values product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the consumable nature of our hemp-derived products, most sales are final once shipped. Please review this policy carefully before ordering.
Final Sale Policy
All consumable products are final sale once shipped, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items as described below. We cannot accept returns of opened consumables for health and safety reasons.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@officialsmackz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will investigate and, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped. Email support@officialsmackz.com to request cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Refused Packages
Smackz is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by carriers but later reported missing. If a package is lost in transit, we will cooperate with the carrier to file a claim. If a package is refused and returned, refunds will exclude shipping and processing fees.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may request documentation (proof of delivery, COA batch IDs, communication records) to resolve the dispute. Repeated unsupported chargebacks may result in account suspension.
