All wholesale partners must be approved prior to accessing tier pricing.

Wholesale pricing is based on volume tier eligibility.

Wholesale Program Overview

Payment Terms

• All wholesale orders are invoiced manually.

• Payment methods accepted: Zelle and ACH transfer.

• Payment is required prior to fulfillment.

• Orders not paid within 48 hours may be canceled.

No credit terms are extended at this time.

Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

• Shipping timelines vary based on destination and selected carrier.

• Tracking is provided once shipment is dispatched.

Compliance & Product Handling

Wholesale partners are responsible for:

• Maintaining proper product storage

• Complying with local hemp regulations

• Ensuring products are sold in approved jurisdictions

All products are manufactured under licensed hemp processing authority.

Returns & Damages

• Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Claims must include photos.

• Approved claims may receive replacement or credit.

Modification Clause

Smackz Distribution LLC reserves the right to modify wholesale pricing, tiers, and terms with notice.
